Pavlovich Construction Group opened in 1986 with one truck and a concrete crew. Forty years later we are a commercial general contractor and design-builder working across all of Southern California — and the family is still in the office every day.

Subcontractor prequalification
We keep a short bid list per trade across Southern California and we pay on time. Subcontractors: to be added, send the following:
- Current W-9 and California contractor license number
- Certificates of insurance with limits and endorsements
- Bonding capacity letter from your surety
- Three references on work of comparable scope
- Current EMR and a copy of your safety program
